My sister was the kindest,most caring,gentle person.She touched the hearts of each person she met.She never met a stranger who didn't become her friend.She was the mother and best friend of five children and the fourth child of twelve children.
Jewell was diagnosed with Small Cell Carcinoma (lung Cancer) and by the time it was diagnosed it had spread through out her body,She fought with every fiber of her being to live never once giving up or asking the question,Why Me? She died just as she lived with dignity and with grace and just as she took her last breath she wispered the words "I Love You" one more time.
ON Angel Wings she flew to Heaven and left a huge hole in our hearts that will never be filled..Go rest high on that mountain Sissy I Love You!
There is a place in every heart,
They call it Memory Lane,
Where thoughts of loved ones lost
Forever will remain.
God made this special place
When He first created man,
For He knew it would be needed,
As part of our life's plan.
He knew when loved ones left us,
We'd need some time to heal,
To come to terms with sorrow
And the loneliness we'd feel.
So when you lose a loved one
And your life is filled with pain,
The comfort of their presence
Will be found in Memory Lane.
